Very Berry Smoothie Bowl

What You'll Need

– 2 cups field berry blend (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
– 1 banana
– 2 cups almond milk
– ½ cup ONLY OATS quick oats

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender

2. Blend until smooth and creamy

3. Top it off with some chia seeds
