Superfood Smoothie

What You'll Need

– 4 tablespoons of acai powder
– 2 frozen bananas
– ½ cup frozen strawberries
– ½ cup frozen raspberries
– 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
– 1 cup of liquid (water or almond milk)
– ½ cup ONLY OATS quick oats (splash of warm water to make sure it mixes well)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender

2. Blend until smooth

3. Serve and enjoy!
