What You'll Need
– ½ cup milk of choice or water
– ½ cup ONLY OATS rolled oats
– 1 ripe banana
– Handful (or two) of fresh spinach (stems removed)
– ¼ tsp peppermint extract
Directions
1. Combine milk, spinach and banana in a blender and blend until even texture
2. Add oats and chia seeds to small pot
3. Add the blended milk mixture and peppermint extract to the pot and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until oats are thickened
4. Serve and enjoy!
