Peanut Butter & Honey Oat Smoothie

What You'll Need

· ½ cup ONLY OATS rolled oats
· 1 ½ cups almond milk (or milk of your choice)
· 1 large banana (preferably frozen)
· ¼ cup peanut butter
· 2 tbsp honey

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
