What You'll Need
· 1 cup sugar (or substitute!)
· 1 cup butter (or vegan substitute!)
· 2 eggs
· 1 tsp vanilla extract
· 1 cup ONLY OATS rolled oats
· ½ cup raisins
· 1 ¾ cups ONLY OATS oat flour
· 1 tsp baking soda
· ½ tsp salt
· ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Cream sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla thoroughly
2. Mix in remaining ingredients
3. Refrigerate 4 to 5 hours or overnight
4. Preheat oven to 375 °F
5. Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls. Place on un-greased baking sheet
6. Flatten with greased bottom of glass dipped in sugar
7. Bake for 10 minutes, let cool & enjoy!
