Oat Flour Pie Crust

What You'll Need

· ½ cup ONLY OATS oat flour
· ½ cup extra virgin coconut oil or ghee
· ¼ tsp mineral salt
· 1 egg
· 3 tbsps filtered water
· 15-20 drops of stevia

Directions

1. Food process the ingredients, mixing thoroughly but careful not to over mix

2. Using a rubber spatula, scrape the dough into a pie plate and using your clean hands, pat it into place, making sure to cover the surface evenly

3. Place pie plate with crust in the freezer or fridge and let harden for a few minutes

4. Now preheat oven to 350 and bake for 15 minutes from the time your oven reaches 350, about 20-25 minutes total, depending on your oven

5. Once baked, remove immediately & top with filling of your choice
