No Bake Oatmeal Energy Balls

What You'll Need

· ½ cup (128g) cashew butter or any other creamy nut or seed butter
· 3 tbsp maple syrup
· ½ cup (48g) of our ONLY OATS oat flour
· ½ cup (45g) ONLY OATS gluten-free oats – you can use our quick oats or rolled oats or even a mixture of both
· ¼ tsp kosher salt
· ½ tsp vanilla extract
· ⅓ cup chocolate chips


1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the cashew butter and maple syrup

2. Stir in the oat flour, gluten-free oats, salt, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips

3. Roll the dough into 12 balls and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
