What You'll Need
– 1 cup ONLY OATS oats
– ¼ cup Chia seeds
– Non-dairy milk of your choice, just enough to soak your oats and seeds
– Half a Banana
– Handful of Spinach and Kale
– Small scoop of Matcha
– Half an Avocado
– 2 tbsp of almond butter
Directions
Meal prep:
1. To shorten prep time in the morning, soak our ONLY OATS oats and chia seeds in the non-dairy milk of your choice the night before
2. Assemble all other ingredients, except avocado in a resealable container or blender pitcher and refrigerate overnight
3. When ready to serve, combine soaked oats and chia, avocado, and refrigerated ingredients in blender and puree until smooth
Make it now:
1. Soak oats and chia seeds in the non-dairy milk of your choice (we used coconut milk) in a small bowl for at least 10 minutes
2. Transfer to a blender and add all your ingredients
3. Puree until smooth
4. Top with fresh blackberries, chia seeds and oats if you’d like
5. Serve and enjoy!
