What You'll Need
· 1lb ground beef
· ½ cup ONLY OATS quick oats
· 2-3 cloves minced garlic
· 1 tbsp oregano
· 1 tbsp basil
· ½ tbsp parsley
· ½ tsp salt
· 1 egg
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
2. Scoop and roll into small balls (place in a mini muffin pan or place evenly on a baking sheet)
3. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes and voila!
