What You'll Need
· 1 cup of our ONLY OATS Rolled Oats
· 2 cups low fat milk (or unsweetened almond or coconut milk)
· 1 banana
· ¼ cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
· 2 tbsp honey
· 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
· Toppings(pictured): chopped almonds and walnuts, but this is 100% optional!
Directions
1. Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor
2. Blend until well combined
3. Add mixture to a medium saucepan
4. Cook on medium high heat for about 5 minutes or until thickened
5. Let pudding set in the fridge for 20 minutes
6. Top with preferred toppings & serve
