What You'll Need
· 3 cups light canned coconut milk
· 1 ½ cups ONLY OATS rolled oats (quick oats work too)
· 10 pitted medjool dates
· 1 tsp vanilla extract
· Pinch of salt
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender
2. Blend on high until creamy and smooth
3. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn to desired consistency
4. Transfer to a shallow container and freeze for 1-2 hours or until ready to serve
