Creamy Fruit Pudding

What You'll Need

· 2/3 cup non-dairy yogurt

· 1/3 cup ONLY OATS rolled oats

· 1 tbsp white chia seeds (can use black chia too but the white ones blend in nicely)

· Fresh organic nectarine & organic strawberries

· Mixed nuts & coconut chips of your choice

· A handful of goji berries


1. We recommend you pre-soak your oats in hot water for better digestion, you can soak them the night before or if morning of, just wait until they cool off.

2. Add yogurt to your pre-soaked oats and stir well

3. Add in the rest of your toppings

4. Enjoy!
