What You'll Need
· 1 cup of our ONLY OATS Rolled Oats
· ½ cup chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder (about 2 scoops)
· ¼ cup peanut butter
· ¼ cup honey
· Dash of salt
· ½ teaspoon vanilla
We kept it simple, but you could definitely add in other fun toppings like:
· ¼ cup mini M&M’s
· ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients and stir to combine well. The mixture should be a bit sticky
2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
3. Use a spoon to scoop about a tablespoon of the energy ball mixture into your hand
4. Roll into a ball
5. Repeat with remaining mixture
This should make about 14 oatmeal energy balls!
*Store the balls covered in the fridge for up to a week, or in the freezer for much longer!
