Banana Date Smoothie

What You'll Need

· 8 medjool dates, pitted and chopped
· 2 cups almond milk (or your favourite milk substitute)
· 2 ripe bananas
· ½ cup ONLY OATS quick or rolled oats
· ½ cup of black coffee
· ½ cup of almond butter

Directions

1. Place the dates, coffee, almond butter and almond milk into a blender or food processor

2. Puree until the dates are the size of specs

3. Add the bananas to the blender and puree until smooth

4. Add the oats, wait 2-3 minutes for the oats to soak into the date almond milk mixture and puree

5. Pour and enjoy!
